Pros
* The owner walks around daily and shakes everyone’s hand and says good morning. When is the last time you saw an owner do that? * The company stays current on trends in the industry and is constantly thinking of ways to change and improve the industry and client experience. They continue to grow because they are looking to be ahead of the industry and not just like everyone else or status quo. * Leadership has pride of ownership in the building and continues to make improvements to stay cutting edge. If something needs to be improved they don’t just talk about it, they actually do it. * They treat every client as an individual and don’t apply a one size fits all solution to every project. They truly go above and beyond for every client to find solutions for challenges they are facing. * Leadership thinks of events (big and small) throughout the year to show employees their appreciation. * Employees are encouraged to think outside of the box and can talk to leadership about new ideas to improve processes and services. The open-door policy really does exist here.
Cons
* If you need hand holding or daily direction then this is not the company for you. You need to be a self-starter, willing to figure things out, and willing to go the extra mile to get things done. This is not a structured 8-5 robot kind of building or company. Everyone is friendly and will help if asked, but you have to be willing to ask for help. * There is the occasional co-worker that doesn't pull their own weight.
