Pros
Bonuses were paid to drivers who met weekly criteria for safe driving and delivery standards. Most DSPs will pay you weekly as an option to bi-weekly. Lots of community engagement.
Cons
Amazon routinely overburdens drivers with excess stops & packages. They have a churn-and-burn employment model and drivers get burnt out quickly. Not for the weak hearted, routes are long and demanding to keep pace.
