Pros

-relaxed and upbeat attitude among supervisors -lots of independence in the role; little actual micromanagement -flexibility in time off -a very good chance to earn management and supervisory experience, as well as to learn some things about engineering

Cons

-dysfunctional work atmosphere (it's very grating to hear constant whispering on the main office area and lunch room due to the building size) -bad location -lack of communication beyond the superficial level; lots of second-guessing what supervisors think -unbelievably low pay for the position -a minor quip: misleading job title. the job is business management and project management, not sales (even though continued sales is the end goal of the work)

Pros

- privately held company ever since it started back in the 80s. - amazing CEO who has developed a professional yet unique way of running his company. also tells it like it is when it comes to team growth, no bs. - very clear expectations of what is expected in every role they hire for, and they strategically hire based on the goal of the company. - uncapped commission with an above average base salary (unmatched at other companies i had offers for). - leadership has a keen eye for individual strengths and weaknesses, communicating what they are to their employees. - if you put in the work you’re supposed to, your rewards for that work are well earned here. - office environment is unique and took a few months to adjust to but realized the goal of it is for the betterment of ourselves and the company. - treated beyond well, the list goes on.

Cons

- if you find things to complain about, just like at any other job, you’ll find exactly just that.
