It is rewarding to know my actions directly impact the growth of the company contributing to DC Group being in the top 2,150 fastest growing companies in the U.S. DC Group also places excellent service on customer service and pulls together to address customer concerns, resulting in a 95% customer retention rate. Overall, DC Group is an exciting, fast paced, rewarding company to work for.
Cons
Occasionally, Monday morning meetings can be a little overbearing focusing on the negative rather than the positive. Considering the entire week is in front of the employees, it would be more beneficial to rally employees and motivate and equip them for a successful week.
