- very clear expectations of what is expected in every role they hire for, and they strategically hire based on the goal of the company.
- uncapped commission with an above average base salary (unmatched at other companies i had offers for).
- leadership has a keen eye for individual strengths and weaknesses, communicating what they are to their employees.
- if you put in the work you’re supposed to, your rewards for that work are well earned here.
- office environment is unique and took a few months to adjust to but realized the goal of it is for the betterment of ourselves and the company.
