Pros

Other than pay, nothing at all.

Cons

The CEO is horrible. All he does is brag about how he built a company that was given to him and how horrible everyone else is at doing their job. Management is horrible. From unrealistic expectations to constant verbal abuse. If you like a call center environment with high turnover this is for you! You are expected to make 100+ calls a day. Quota is completely unrealistic. And just when you get traction with a possible client, management takes the account from you and gives it to someone else. No streamlined process. If you need help with anything, you have to jump through hoops to hopefully get an answer and it’s usually in an untimely manner. All of their calls are recorded so that upper management can listen to your conversations. Your clients are completely unaware of it too. There is no honesty with this company. Most sales reps don’t make it to a year. Every day you go to work worried if you’re getting fired. And for no reason at all. I’ve heard of some people getting fired for performance and those employees surpassed their sales goals. I was there for less than 2 years and, on average, 2 sales reps, or more, were fired every month. All long term employees are rude, bitter and unwilling to help you. I highly do not recommend that anyone work for this company. The pay wasn’t worth the constant fear and anxiety.

Pros

- privately held company ever since it started back in the 80s. - amazing CEO who has developed a professional yet unique way of running his company. also tells it like it is when it comes to team growth, no bs. - very clear expectations of what is expected in every role they hire for, and they strategically hire based on the goal of the company. - uncapped commission with an above average base salary (unmatched at other companies i had offers for). - leadership has a keen eye for individual strengths and weaknesses, communicating what they are to their employees. - if you put in the work you’re supposed to, your rewards for that work are well earned here. - office environment is unique and took a few months to adjust to but realized the goal of it is for the betterment of ourselves and the company. - treated beyond well, the list goes on.

Cons

- if you find things to complain about, just like at any other job, you’ll find exactly just that.
