Leadership has worked to improve process and add headcount when the work load becomes too strenuous for a department. During a time of downsizing for the U.S as a whole, DCC has supported their people, and continue to learn and grow as a business.

Independent competition is strong in some markets.

There really aren’t any pros

Management is horrible. No communication, don’t treat employees equally or fairly. Overwhelming responsibilities, over worked & under paid. You get thrown to the wolves with what they consider training, it’s laughable & surprising anyone stays on other than they need a paycheck.
