The managers I have had do value the employees. They compensate okay. And, the benefits are pretty reasonable as well. I haven't been there long enough to give much more additional insight.

The company's systems are quite outdated. Though, it allows for additional jobs which have been great for me! I don't have anything bad to say so far about the company as a whole.

They treat their customers and employees nicely. They offer decent on the job training. Occasionally they will provide lunch and gifts for their employees.

The company is stuck in the past. They have out of date software and work processes. Simple things are needlessly complex and require multiple, lengthy steps, introducing plentiful opportunities for error and creating unnecessary work. They also recently abruptly ended remote work opportunities for lower level employees, while conveniently providing exceptions and accommodations for higher ups. They also do not have a good parking situation. You are required to shuttle from a parking lot several blocks away to the facility. Plan to add 20-40 extra minutes to your daily commute.
