Pros

the company is embracing wfh. depending on where you work, you might have some good coworkers. if you do work in the office, they feed you a few times a month.

Cons

poor pay compared to similar jobs. middle management is stretched thin and it shows, and upper management is solely focused on numbers and optics. the company is growing on a client basis, but the same number of employees are expected to handle the growing workload. hr is a revolving door. the “culture” of the company has just gone downhill over the past few years, which is a shame since collections isn’t a “fulfilling” career on a moral level.
