      Lot of exposure to different groups, organization had some restructure about every 2 years, so there are lots of opportunities to move into open position

      Cons

      Sometimes too much movement created turnover in some groups, so there would be some relearning and efficiencies at the beginning.

      Small boutique company, easy to work collogues and environment. Good pay for small scale company with lot of exposure if you have desire to learn new.
