Pros
Good place to gain experience in several different areas. Understaffed so there's no shortage of work. You'll be able to get your hands dirty. Perhaps dirtier than you want to. Many of the employees are good people.
Cons
Honestly I wouldn't recommend working there to any of my close friends or family. It's a toxic environment. Certain people are picked seemingly at random to move on to jobs with more desirable responsibilities. The notion that they pay "market rate" to their employees is literally laughable. Be content to take your 2.5% raise each year also. Because of all of this, DCP is a stepping stone and they seem to be ok with it.
