      Pros

      Salary is just adequate. If yo u can work your way into management you can get away with murder. One of best "Good ole Boys" club in the Oil and Gas industry.

      Cons

      Unbelievable work load and stress levels. Field personal feel that upper management are completely ignorant of what has to be done by hourly employees. I have even heard it said by one of the management team that "If you don't like the way things are done leave". They will never make the "Best Companies to work for outside of office personal in Denver.

      Small boutique company, easy to work collogues and environment. Good pay for small scale company with lot of exposure if you have desire to learn new.
