Pros
The colleagues and coworkers are incredible. You will work with intelligent employees who want to get the job done as a team. There are some great people here.
Cons
Unfortunately, upper management is terrible. Consider this company like a volleyball team that has a lot of great players but terrible coaches. The VP's and Executives don't care about any of the employees, especially the field personnel who actually operate the plants. There is no transparency because sudden announcements come out about selling assets, laying off Operators, or exploiting Accountants. You know there is a problem when your company has a fire-sale when Oil Prices are at all-time lows. Sadly, the culture here is poison because of the toxic leadership. Even in HR, there is only one older lady who truly wants to help whereas all the newer or younger HR employees fail to do their job.
