      Great People, Some great division managers depending on which division. It is going through company wide transformation currently which has everyone stressed; however moving in the right direction with strategy

      Cons

      Change is great for any organization; however changing for the reason due to incompetence is not a good reason. Sometimes taking a back seat and determining end goals first and working backwards could help in decision making process.

      Small boutique company, easy to work collogues and environment. Good pay for small scale company with lot of exposure if you have desire to learn new.
