We continue to provide frequent updates to our employees, including a weekly CEO update to help everyone understand the challenges we are going through together. 2020 has proved challenging and series of unprecedented black swan events has created a volatile market. The executive team has worked to pull every lever we can to control costs, conserve cash, and prepare us for a sustained period of low demand and increased supply. The difficult decision to reduce our workforce was made to ensure our long term viability. If we could have made a different decision, we would have done so.
