      Great pay and benefits. Co workers were good, most had great experience and were easy to work with.

      Cons

      Cross department communications was not always the best. Some management were more focused on themselves than creating synergy to keep all departments functioning at optimal performance.

      Small boutique company, easy to work collogues and environment. Good pay for small scale company with lot of exposure if you have desire to learn new.
