      Pros

      DCP is a great company to work for. I have been fortunate in my quick promotions, however if you put in the work it is often noticed.

      Cons

      I don't see many cons to working for DCP. Again, I have been fortunate and my work group is fantastic, however that may not be the same for other areas.

      Small boutique company, easy to work collogues and environment. Good pay for small scale company with lot of exposure if you have desire to learn new.

      Cons

      no specific con that I could recollect during my tenure.
