      Pros

      Safety is very important to the company. The benefits are pretty good. The vacation is good unless you are young. My experience has gone well but I'm reluctant to change mangers because they make or break your experience.

      Cons

      It a disaster. No one follows process and there aren't consequences. HR really knows how to disappoint an employee trying to move departments. It's better to leave the company and come back. People are great at coming up with ideas but follow through and maintenance are a consistent problem

      Small boutique company, easy to work collogues and environment. Good pay for small scale company with lot of exposure if you have desire to learn new.
