Pros
Good benefits. Company is well situated for success in natural gas Midstream with a lot o processing capacity in Eagleford, Permian, and SE NM.
Cons
Very few opportunities to advance unless you are a Good Old Boy. if you want an occasional attaboy for a job well done, don't expect it from DCP. They expect employees to give 110% but do not reward hard work. As a result, turnover is very high.
