Pros
They actually have "cultural hallmarks" and culture goals created by HR.
Cons
Leadership fails to follow or commit to the cultural hallmarks and does not build trust with employees. From my experience Management + will do and say anything they can to progress their own career and they do not care about helping anyone below them. If you don't provide value to them they fire people rather than trying to teach, mentor, or coach.
