Pros
DCP does, and will take care of you. They have a high obligation to obtaining, and insuring a guaranteed job/career here with them, if your willing to do your part, and be a team player. They pay is steady, and the merit raises are decent. Awesome 401k, and vacation time. Once in the door, there are other job/careers you can move into.
Cons
They are not competitive with with the national rate for some trades. They can be understaffed sometimes, and that can feel like you have more to do on a day to day schedule. Do not expect a large bonus, or raise at anytime.
