      Pay is good. Overall good people at the company. Just like any job you supervisor will determine how good or bad your job is.

      Cons

      Don't want to spend money to fix very old equipment. Would rather have mechanics work on constantly broken down equipment then put new parts on.

      Small boutique company, easy to work collogues and environment. Good pay for small scale company with lot of exposure if you have desire to learn new.
