Pros

Good pay, Good Benefits, Family First(in most cases), Vacation time(have to accrue), Team efforts to solve issues

Cons

Hard to advance depending on supervision, on the job training isn't where it should be, promises of training and will not receive, there's employees that probably don't deserve to be here yet supervision doesn't see it, they need to be pushed harder, but if the supervisor isn't paying attention nothing will be done. Workforce of tomorrow has a great point to make, but the system is a joke. Enforcing it by threatening your employees with a pay loss is not the answer. Workforce of tomorrow also has training videos that are inconsistent with todays technologies. They want you to watch an hour long video and test on it, yet have a completely different set up in the field. The system could be optimized and used to everyones advance if someone would just take a look at it.

Pros

Small boutique company, easy to work collogues and environment. Good pay for small scale company with lot of exposure if you have desire to learn new.

Cons

no specific con that I could recollect during my tenure.
