      Decent benefits and pay is OK although I haven't' gotten a raise in over 2 years

      Cons

      Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Takes too long to get things done because of the company bureaucracy.

      Small boutique company, easy to work collogues and environment. Good pay for small scale company with lot of exposure if you have desire to learn new.
