ESOP is superb - , interesting work, 99% great coworkers.Once upon a time was the premier contractor in the NAVAIR arena.
Cons
Management is too busy trying to become the billion dollar company and has abandoned their core values which originally made the company grow. Filled out a career plan many years ago - never got any feedback. Career growth to a management position is based upon bringing in money.
