Cons
Sooo punctuality is NOT my strong suit, which created some tension early on. That said, we addressed it openly and found a rhythm that works for everyone.
If you're looking for startup-style perks like snack bars, scooters, or weekly “glows and grows” check-ins (which - give me an actual break instead, please) this may not be the right fit. But if you’re seeking a steady, respectful, and human workplace — this is it.
