DD Homes provide a clean, safe healthy environment that is structured to provide care that is specific to the needs of each resident and they are able to experience the social benefits of being around their peers. Our residents are provided home cooked meals, they go on yearly vacations, participate in daily workshops, many day trips, movies, etc. Our Leadership/supervisors have always been respectful, friendly and professional no matter what level of management. Management , nursing team and staff work collaboratively to provide the best quality of care for all. I have worked for DD Homes for over 20 years and it has been very rewarding to have been given the opportunity to assist in providing a good life for our residents. Seeing the smiles on their faces is the best feeling in the world.
