Lack of structure, cooperate looks down on workers and talk to them in a very condescending way. Very unprofessional they will fire you over the phone. Without any valid reason.

A company truly committed to and lives by its values its the first time I had seen that in retail . The company also stays on top of training in a structured and timely manner so you're always up to date and are given the proper information. Good pay as well, amazing discount this job is very interesting if you are passionate about cosmetics.

Overall a good company in the retail skincare space. Well organized corporate. Canadian own company. Honestly in these jobs what really makes or breaks it is your coworkers and manager. Good regional manager in the US. Great skincare for a good price and I stand by that even though I no longer work there.
