I don't have many, and I thought I might after not being in a corporate environment for several years + with ELC takingover more of the company. I think that DECIEM is in the midst of working out the change that comes with becoming a part of ELC's umbrella. With that, comes pain points, and a lot of change in between, so, it's not really a "con" per se, more of a heads-up that we are a "work in progress" in terms of team integration and communication. I personally thrive in that sort of environment, but a head-up to the people who don't. Growth can be tricky depending on direction, experience, and company needs, but they are quite transparent about that, and growth conversations are integrated regularly whether upwards or lateral. If you can work with that, you'll be great! Some positions require 1-3 years before you can move in the company.
