      Pros

      In my 10+ years working in my field, I haven't encountered anywhere like Deciem. There is so much care for the people, the planet, and the communities. I've never seen a company act with so much integrity when it comes to doing the right thing (especially if there is no PR behind it as a motivator). My highlights: - The people: the kindest and warmest group of people I have had the pleasure of working with - Compassionate leaders - Sustainability commitments - The discount! - Competitive time off (including a day for voting/peaceful protesting which I haven't seen anywhere I've worked) - Friday afternoons off in the summer - 4 weeks of working from anywhere - Investment in diversity, equity & inclusion - Professional development dollars

      Cons

      Not really a con, but would love to make sure the Deciem values are maintained in the next few years. Don't want to lose that feel that makes it so special!

      Pros

      A company truly committed to and lives by its values its the first time I had seen that in retail . The company also stays on top of training in a structured and timely manner so you're always up to date and are given the proper information. Good pay as well, amazing discount this job is very interesting if you are passionate about cosmetics.

      Cons

      For me it was not having flexible hours

      Pros

      Overall a good company in the retail skincare space. Well organized corporate. Canadian own company. Honestly in these jobs what really makes or breaks it is your coworkers and manager. Good regional manager in the US. Great skincare for a good price and I stand by that even though I no longer work there.

      Cons

      It's retail, never enough money. No real growth if you're located in US
