      Pros

      Great PTO. Working with the most vulnerable people in the city. Hard work, but great 'warm fuzzies'! Great co-workers!!!!! Housing First and Harm Reduction! IT WORKS!!!!!!!

      Hard population, but worth it. Salary is not great, but benefits are good!

      Pay and benefits are great, a lot of pto.

      Cons

      Not a great company for POC in leadership roles. You will also receive very little support from higher ups, and must manage heavy emotionally taxing days with KPIS.
