Low salary, few opportunities for growth - Clinical Support Specialist and Residential Counselor DESC Employee Review

Ill-defined job description, low salary, little development from management and few opportunities for growth, often feel like I'm expected by management to be more like a landlord or parent than a counselor, inconsistent treatment of clients by staff due to inconsistent expectations set by lack of training (some fellow staff can be rude), even housed clients live in pretty dismal environments, you're exposed to bedbugs (I've brought one home from work).
