      Pros

      I love working for DESC, I love working with the residents. I love the fact that I'm able to pick up extra shifts wherever needed, without the headaches of an employer haggling me about going over 40 hours. Really happy with the benefits that we have as well. The PTO makes it really nice as well.

      Cons

      We could really use a pay increase.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are great, a lot of pto.

      Cons

      Not a great company for POC in leadership roles. You will also receive very little support from higher ups, and must manage heavy emotionally taxing days with KPIS.
