      Serving vulnerable people and helping others. Working with clients who have many struggles and assisting them with what they need.

      Cons

      The pay sucks. No tuition reimbursement. Company hires people who hate their job, and are disrespectful to clients.

      Pay and benefits are great, a lot of pto.

      Cons

      Not a great company for POC in leadership roles. You will also receive very little support from higher ups, and must manage heavy emotionally taxing days with KPIS.
