      Coworkers who really care and are super supportive, clients who are doing their best, lots of PTO.

      Cons

      Management is completely out of the loop when it comes to what front line staff have to deal with, and have ridiculous unrealistic expectations.

      Pay and benefits are great, a lot of pto.

      Cons

      Not a great company for POC in leadership roles. You will also receive very little support from higher ups, and must manage heavy emotionally taxing days with KPIS.
