      Worst place ever!! Trying to get out - Case Manager DESC Employee Review

      Pros

      The coworkers and clients are amazing to work with. The PTO is generous

      Cons

      The management is unprofessional, inexperienced to where they create a hostile work environment. They like to micromanage and give you high caseloads. They find ways to discipline you that do not make sense. They target certain staff and try to push them out of the company. I would not recommmend this place.

      Pay and benefits are great, a lot of pto.

      Cons

      Not a great company for POC in leadership roles. You will also receive very little support from higher ups, and must manage heavy emotionally taxing days with KPIS.
