      Exposure to different types of clinicians and social work Direct contact with clients Involved in providing vital services

      Cons

      Like any non profit, it’s wildly under funded, but add in the clone t population and the constant turn over and things get wild. But a great place to learn about the field, you’ll just kinda get thrown in there and have to really know how to set a boundary or two

      Pay and benefits are great, a lot of pto.

      Cons

      Not a great company for POC in leadership roles. You will also receive very little support from higher ups, and must manage heavy emotionally taxing days with KPIS.
