None. No Pros whatsoever, the WORST business that cannot be tolerated in the USA in anytime.

Cons

Rude behavior of random staff agents. No English skills, pure management, lack of understanding the US job market. No cultural values, no business ethics. The Worst experience during my 20-years-career.
