Pros

I have been at DHI for three years and have moved up twice without knowing or being related to anyone in management. There is great opportunity here if you are the RIGHT person who does things the RIGHT way and has the RIGHT attitude. We have a very goal oriented office that works together to help each other help our branch stay at the top! Fun activities get planned and they spoil their employees especially in the busiest months. Your work is recognized and appreciated and they will sometimes even award employees with 'make it happen' points for exceeding goals. You can cash them in for money and prizes on the company website. Great atmosphere with great employees. "The RIGHT people, the RIGHT way"

Cons

Sometimes the pressure can get to people. It's expected in a corporate world though and unfortunately numbers are numbers and you will be held accountable for not producing consistently. Managers will take the time to sit with you and work along side you to help you get ahead and give multiple chances and additional training opportunities to fix your production but taking their advice and utilizing all of the tools to succeed is up to you. You get back what you put out here and how hard you work determines how far you will go.
