No Work/Life Balance. They will own your weeks and your weekends-many weekends are mandatory and if not mandatory, then you aren't a team player. Many managers and they are aggressive, high strung, a very stressful environment. Extreme amount of auditing, errors published and sent out for all to see, and production numbers sent out daily for all to see, so you never feel like you do a good job. Don't worry, management will constantly let you know you aren't.
