      Pros

      This is a great place to work since management is oblivious to what employees really do each day. Great opportunity for extra income thru excessive overtime even if you are not truly doing your job. Feel free to snack all day, listen to music and socialize with your coworkers. Be sure to look busy when necessary and sound like you are super smart at what you do. It is also very important to not express any concerns about how the company is run....don't worry....they have the perfect people in the important management roles.

      Cons

      Cons? Hard to say.... if you are one of the great chosen ones you will be able to come in late every day and no one will ever say anything. Be sure to never make a mistake and know that even if you do a fabulous job, if the builder, or loan officer screw up you will get a bad survey and lose your opportunity for bonus income.
