Extreme micromanagement. We literally have multiple pipeline reviews a day, some with managers we don't report to, and every day there is a wasteful meeting and the worst part is that its all theatrics and show. New introduced 'metrics' for performance evaluate things you cannot control, that borrowers control, and it causes chaos among the teams and departments. Underwriting is the all-time worst I've ever seen, among any company -- they will nickel and dime every borrower, change their stance a week or days before closing, and catch file-breaking issues on their 9th, 10th, 11th review.
