      Pros

      I have been working for DHL for almost 4 years and in that time I have found that our management and colleagues are great to work with we have monthly activities to help build a friendly work place as well has charity give aways, in the time here I have seen plenty of progression to learn other duties, I recently put myself forward to be an MHE instructor and got chosen to do the course and I have recently had a interview for a full time instructor

      Equipment is getting to end of its life but we are getting new equipment for march

      I have a lot of good things to say about DHL. The company really cares about their talent. Benefits are good. The pay is good.

      Cons

      Only bad thing is the micromanaging of some supervisors.
