Pros

when you first start here, there is buddy training program for 6 months. Having a buddy helps to support the new role in the team. It lets people ask those 'daft' questions and find out how a place really works!

Cons

the onboarding program is too long up to 1 year, but if your performance is excellent then after 6 months you will get to convert to permanent role.
