That being said. There is a mass exodus of employees out of the new Chicago office. People are being fired. People are quitting; some with no notice. The few new people that have started have no experience. New processes are trying to be implemented amidst all of this turmoil. Management is in meetings all day long. All of the decent employees are fleeing or being poached by competitors. It was very painful while I was still there and I feel very sorry for my coworkers that I left behind.
