Pros
Pros..? Great, so I made $900 a week, where the was my life at? In bed all tjhe time?
Cons
Started out as a scheduled 3 on 4 off or 4 on and 3 off. Shifts were 12 hours a day. But after your 30 days, mandatory overtime kicked in and what were simple weeks became, 70-80 hour work weeks. My biggest complaint about this company is the unforgiving point system. If you were late even by 1 min tough crap, you were pointed 1/2 a point. only took 3 to get fired in your 90 days. The way management ran things. The biggest set back was the LMS downtime sheets, having to log all the down time you had, just to make some quota was stupid. All I can say is a lot of people in my area left this place and majority including myself ended up at Fuyao Glass, yes that chinese glass company. Sad to say when a chinese company has more professionalism than Exel had. If I were P&G, knowing what I know now, I'd fire Exel. I wouldn't picked Exel to handle all my products. Exel that I knew were real unprofessional. Especially for how management treated their employees,
