Pros
Big corporation so low cost benefits and fair wages. Held together by the people that matter and on the shoulders of those who truly provide value and service to the customer. Lots of opportunity to improve self through online training courses.
Cons
No honesty among thieves. Corrupt senior leaders who hold personal vendettas to cover their own behinds. Big company so easy for non-performers to hide in the masses. Preach core values of safety, growth, accountability, integrity, etc. but no substance - smoke and mirrors. 3PL is nothing more than glorified temp labor. Benefits at mercy of individual customers and vary greatly within same organization (site-to-site). Poor communication. Little interest of senior leaders to better the lives and careers of subordinates.
