Pros
Opportunity for advancement as long as you have a good work ethic and a post secondary degree. Ability to relocate given to management.
Cons
Definitely not a 9-5 job. Salaried employees work could expect to work 60-70 hours/week. Not much work/life balance. Even the rare vacation is often interrupted with work calls and texts.
