      Direct co-workers worked well together. Fairly steady work. Health benefits are affordable for employee and kids. Bonuses for those that return to work after long shutdowns.

      Customer has multiple shut-downs throughout the year. Management is inconsistent in practices. High turnover of hourly associates. Need better onboarding. Wage progression is lagging.
