Pros
Consistent work which is not that mentally challenging - essentially as much overtime as you want during busy seasons (Nov-Jan, May-Aug) - weekly pay cycle
Cons
Inconsistent training structure (depending on when you're hired and how busy it is at the time you either get trained really well or very poorly and you have no control over it) - internal disputes among managers often are made the problem of the employees - scheduling expectations are incredibly unreasonable (overtime is 'not mandatory' but be prepared to get fired if, for example, your kid is sick and you can't work overtime because you need to go take care of them)
